Maceo Sky is a songwriter, musician, and dancer. Sky has been performing on stage for almost a decade. After all, he grew up a dancer in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood; Maceo's parents have been operating a dance studio since 2015. Despite his impressive resume as a stage performer, Maceo only recently launched his career as a musician in Fall 2024. "I tend to write songs like I'm writing a movie," says Sky. "Sometimes the character will be me–the character whose point of view I'm writing. But often the character is not me."
